Hadija graduated from London Metropolitan University in 2017 with an Honours degree in Sports Therapy. During her course, she completed work experience with the Blitz London American football club, and gained over one years’ work experience of diagnosing and treating all kinds of injuries. She has also developed her clinical skills by working as a physiotherapy assistant at Kingston University Hospital. Along with 3 years experience working alongside the London marathon helping athletes with pre-post rehabilitation.
Since graduation, Hadija has carried out most of her professional work in a clinical setting. She has in-depth knowledge of a variety of sports injuries, specialising in the spine, and enjoys treating all kinds of people. In her spare time, she enjoys weightlifting, running, boxing, and practicing Bikram yoga.

A keen sportsman and qualified specialist, Rupert Leyland holds numerous qualifications from Plymouth University and London Metropolitan University, which have allowed him to develop useful techniques in advanced therapy, massage, and electrotherapy. He specialises in life coaching, nutrition, rehabilitation, and psychology.
Rupert has experience working with professional athletes of all levels and disciplines. He has worked with the London Blitz American football club, and with international health promotion programmes such as Camps International in Kenya and Think Pacific in Fiji. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling, surfing, soccer, hockey, and American football.
